When you are done with your smoke, just push in on the bit and it ejects the butt from the holder. We don't beleive it was ever smoked.
The aluminum body is perfect and has been polished to a mirror bright finish.
The bit is very nice.

My metal estate (used) Pipes are lightly cleaned, and buffed (shanks and aluminum parts polished). The Buyer must clean and sanitize the pipe to their own standards before use. Unless otherwise stated estate pipes are used and may have minor use marks on the briar and minor marks on the stem.
