This is a unique, very rare, restored pipe for the late 1940's or 1950's. Made by Peak.
The aluminum shank is polished to a mirror bright finish. The cast is not perfect but very nice.
The original Vulcanite bit is perfect, not tooth marks or chatter.
The original briar bowl was broken, so this one is from another pipe. I will include the original bowl with this pipe purchase.
The end valve/cap is not perfect, the knurling is a little rough. Also, quite unique on this pipe is the stinger - it runs the length of the pipe.
These pipes don't come up very ofter so now is your change to own a piece of metal pipe history. These pipes in mint condition, sell for around $150.00.
Length: 5-5/16-inches. Bowl height top to bottom of briar: 1-1/2-inches. Bowl width: 1-1/4 inches. Chamber width: 3/4 inches. Depth: approx. 1-1/4-inch.

My metal estate (used) Pipes are lightly cleaned, and buffed (shanks and aluminum parts polished). The Buyer must clean and sanitize the pipe to their own standards before use. Unless otherwise stated estate pipes are used and may have minor use marks on the briar and minor marks on the stem.
