Very unique pipe called Sweetheart. It was designed so you could add a flavor to your smoke.
If you look at the rod/tube in the end of the pipe, it is made to allow a small amount of air to come through the end of the pipe. The cap on the end of the tube is made to put a small bit of cotton ball inside soaked in your favorite whiskey or flavor of your choice. 
The aluminum body has been polished to its original mirror bright finish.
The original bit is very nice. 
Has its beautiful original briar bowl.
